Councillor Clodagh Higgins has today called on the CEO of the National Transport Authority, Anne Graham, to extend the Coco Cola bike scheme to Salthill and Knocknacarra.
Councillor Higgins said “Given social distancing will remain in place for sometime, I believe an extension of the scheme is vital because as restrictions are lifted, and people begin working again they will be looking for alternative means to get around. We therefore, must provide transport solutions to people who have to commute to work in our city so we can make the place accessible for all”.
